At Visionscape, we therefore strive to do business fairly, in other words, with the best possible results and in a decent, ethical manner. We consider compliance as one of the underlying guide for our corporate core values, as we abide to all relevant laws applicable to the business model, rules and voluntary self-obligations pertaining to our activities and as it relates to our internal policies and processes.
Compliance, as the core of integrity, emphasizes the binding force of laws and regulations, processes and policies as well as business ethics. This is the basic rules of conduct for Visionscape Group and its employees.
INTEGRITY AND COMPLIANCE
Customer Focused”, “Responsibility” and “Integrity” are the basis of Visionscape’s Corporate Ethics and Compliance Code.
These principles are intended to safeguard the interests of all stakeholders associated with our activities: our own shareholders, but also our employees, suppliers, customers and auditors, as well as the administrations and regulators supervising our activities.
The Legal and Compliance Department of Visionscape is focused on regularizing all business conduct of the Group, improving and implementing the compliance management programme.
Visionscape establishes and improves its compliance program through
Concrete measures including compliance training and communication, compliance risk assessment and on-going monitoring of compliances policy and processes. In addition, Visionscape has included compliance requirements into the KPI assessment system for all its employees.
Visionscape implements mandatory compliance training’s for all employees to avoid compliance risks, and proffer timeous mitigations as well as on-going monitoring measures for identified risks in its daily operation.
In addition, as an integral part of the Group’s compliance program, we perform compliance due diligence on our business partners to identify and assess risks in our cooperation with business partners.
We consider acting with integrity and complying with the rules to be essential requirements for establishing trustworthy and enduringly successful cooperation.
